The disgusting moment shows a victim 20-year-old woman on the ground been repeatedly kick and stamp on her head by other two women.

Hampshire Constabulary police appealing for witnesses to come forward and the injured woman was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital and has since been discharged.

Following the attack on Southsea Common and horrific footage circulated on social media last night, I have spoken urgently to senior officers in the police and local authority today. I will continue to lobby to ensure powers and resources are used to prioritise our concerns
