Very bad services! I gave a rating of 0 out of 5. Price RM 100 for 1 room. The room was very bad, dirty, and uncomfortable to do prayers. I asked the staff to clean the room. They gave me a mop and told me to mop by myself, a staff said if you want to do a room service here, pay RM180. Other resorts Price RM 100 too but MORE clean and worth it! they say customers are not always right! MY SUGGESTION DO NOT TO GO TO THIS RESTU CHALET !!! CHECK-IN THE ROOM Suddenly there are cockroaches! THEY DIDN’T THROW THE TRASH BEFORE CUSTOMERS WANT TO CHECK IN TO THE ROOM! WITH BAD SERVICE! I MOVED TO ANOTHER RESORT, KEMUNTING BEACH RESORT, PRICE OF RM 100 too. Which is NEXT TO “RESTU RESORT” WHICH DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A “RESORT”. THE OWNER is complicated! VERY DIFFICULT TO ASK FOR A REFUND MONEY. STAFF INSULTING CUSTOMERS. I am not a stupid customer. I don’t want other customers to be fooled by “RESTU RESORT” PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER RESORT.YOU WILL FEEL REGRET WITH THE ROOM AND THE SERVICE!
